Shipping Policy

SHIPPING ALERT 

Due to the PACT Act, USPS is prohibited by law from carrying vape products.  FedEx, UPS and DHL voluntarily decided to stop carrying vape products.  Vaping.com is continuing to ship to our customers using a network of regional carriers, but we are not currently able to ship to all locations.

If we cannot ship to your location at this time, you will be informed at checkout.  If you have an account, we will contact you as soon as deliveries resume.  If you don’t have an account, sign-up here.  Not only will we let you know when we can deliver to you, you’ll get 10% discount code!

How long does delivery take?
Our warehouse usually processes orders within 24hrs.  Orders placed over the weekend will start processing Monday morning. We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery times depend on the destination.  The average delivery time from dispatch is 5-9 business days, but this is not guaranteed so please allow 15 business days.

Do I have to sign for my package?
Yes, every delivery containing vaping products will require an adult (21+) with ID to sign for the package in ALL states.  If no adult is home during the week, we recommend that you have your order sent to a work address.  If no-one is available to sign, our carrier will make a maximum of 2 further delivery attempts, but this is not guaranteed.

Vets Relief of Florida ships to all US states where vape mail is legal AND shipping coverage is available. We do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Maine
• Massachusetts
• New York

• Oregon 
• South Dakota
• Utah
• Vermont
• San Francisco
• Chicago & Cook County

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases

Due to the PACT Act, we have had to temporarily suspend shipments to some states.  Currently, we are unable to accept and ship orders to the locations listed below.  We are working hard to re-establish service as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a notification to the email address you used to place your order – if you don’t see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.  In most cases, this email will contain your tracking number and link.  In some locations, tracking is not yet available until your package has reached the carrier’s sorting hub.  In these cases, you can email thecandymanshopp@gmail.com and our Customer Support agents will forward your tracking link when it is available.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.  Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. 

Errors in the shipping address WILL lead to a failed delivery and we can only issue a refund IF the package is received back at our warehouse.  All carriers charge a Return to Sender fee.  If the packaged is received at our warehouse, we will refund the order (including tax, less the actual shipping cost and the RTS fee).  If the order qualified for free shipping and is returned to our warehouse, we will deduct the actual shipping cost & RTS fee from the refund.

Missing/Delayed Deliveries
Once orders have left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for delayed or missing deliveries.  We want our customers to order with confidence, and it is important to double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order(s).

If your order has NOT been received within 15 business days from dispatch; if your order says delivered and you have not received it; or if it has been damaged in transit, please contact UPS and file a claim. Please be sure to provide them with your tracking number. 

Vets Relief of Florida cannot issue any refunds for missing/delayed packages that are protected by filing a claim with UPS. Please provide your claim information and attach it via email thecandymanshopp@gmail.com
